Cost of Airline Flights Up From A Year Ago

Airline fares out of Rapid City have been rising over the last year. Frontier's decision to close its operations in Rapid City in 2010, coupled with cutbacks in the number of flights by other carriers, reduced the number of seats available in 2011 by close to 13 percent.
