Crossover Day for Legislature is February 14

Crossover Day for state lawmakers is coming. All proposed legislation must either be killed or moved from the house of origin to the other legislative house by the end of the day on February 14. The 2012 legislative session saw the introduction of 471 bills in South Dakota.
