Flood Committee Reveals 40th Anniversary Theme
The 1972 Flood Committee announced the winner of the theme contest: "Black Hills Flood - Remembrance & Renewal" is the winner for this summer's commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the Rapid City flood. The theme was submitted for the contest by Ed Hubin who beat out over 50 other entries to win the vote for official theme.
