Neighborhood Residents Reluctant to Rezoning

Some residents of the Wildwood neighborhood are opposed to the rezoning of a house on the corner of Sheridan Lake Road and Catron Boulevard. The Rapid City Planning Commission has received letters in opposition to the rezoning, which would change the residential home to a business property. The City Council approved the first reading of the proposal and the Planning Commission will discuss the issue at their February 9th meeting.
