Rapid City Approves $3.3 million TIF
City Council voted 9-1 to approve a proposal to create a $3.3 million tax increment financing district for city water and sewer improvements along U.S. Highway 16. Alta Terra Development LLC has plans for a hotel, medical offices, and other businesses on the east side of Highway 16. They will fund the $9.6 million project.
