Summer Nights Forum Set for Late February
Rapid City Downtown Summer Nights organizers are planning to host a forum for the public. Discussion will concern the annual street festival. This event is scheduled to take place at 6 p.m. on Feb. 28 in the first floor community room of the City/School Administration Center, 300 Sixth St. The meeting was initiated by a request from City Council in order to hear concerns from local businesses effected by the festival.
