Wildwood Drive Rezoning Denied by Planning Commission

The Rapid City Planning Commission has denied the rezoning request to convert a residential property to a commercial office. Local neighborhood residents have expressed their desire for the property to remain residential. The fate of the property, located on the corner of Sheridan Lake Road and Catron Boulevard,  will be decided by City Council on February 21st.
